IT Manager – Responsible for a mid-size, multi-platform, client/server environment span a crossed 2 locations (East Stroudsburg, PA and Glen Rose, TX). Environment includes 8 servers (Windows Server 2003, SBS 2003, NT 4 and Linux) and 50 workstations (Windows Vista, XP and 2000). Provided administration and development for all applications. Created and documented standard operating procedures. Produced and maintained yearly IT budget.

Major Accomplishments

  • Implemented a server cluster running Microsoft SBS 2003, Server 2003, Exchange 2003, SQL Server 2000 and Terminal Server 2003 from existing NT 4.0 SBS, NT 4.0 Server and Exchange 5.5 network.
  • Transitioned company’s legacy ERP system, TCM EMS, to Syteline 7 ERP
  • Consolidated CRM applications, Goldmine & ACT, to Syteline CRM.
  • Upgraded legacy analog phone system to InterTel VoIP platform.
  • Integrated communications (data & voice) between PA and TX locations.
  • Centralized network administration to one site.

Webmaster – Responsible for design and development of website, management and planning. Provided database development, application development, content generation and management. Cycle Counter / IT Support – Provided inventory control by comparing physical inventory counts to records in companies ERP system and reconciled any discrepancies. Provided help desk support to users and computer maintenance and related hardware.
